I found the food to be fantastic (the quality was great). The hygiene standards met my expectations. The facilities were great during my entire stay.
I found the cleaning staff thorough and attentive. They always ensured my beautiful king room pool view was super clean. every detail was taken care of, with fresh linens and restocked amenities. Supervisor arvid and staff sonali deserve special thanks. the hotel also has great connectivity to the airport (very convenient!). i also appreciated that the facilities were up-to-date.
The tv was a bit tricky to use at first. i'm sure the staff could have helped if i had asked. next time i'll ask for assistance right away.

I found the staff very kind and helpful! the rooms were also very good. coffee and pastries in the lounge were fantastic. they contacted me for a review after i left. I appreciated that.
The parking was quite bad and the toilet smelled badly. It was not clean.
